About WESTWARD OF CLYNDER
Built in 1960 by the prestigious Scottish shipyard Mc Gruer, WESTWARD OF CLYNDER is a splendid Bermudian yawl that perfectly embodies the elegance and performance of classic sailing yachts. Originally commissioned by Archibald J. Barr, this yacht was designed with meticulous attention to detail and exceptional craftsmanship, making it a true reference in the world of classic yachting.
With a teak hull, a varnished mahogany superstructure, and a teak deck, WESTWARD OF CLYNDER immediately captivates with its timeless aesthetics and refined finish. Showcased at boat shows after its construction, it demonstrated the outstanding craftsmanship of the Mc Gruer shipyard and the ingenuity of its architect, James Mac Gruer.
