- 10% refundable viewing reservation
After approval and written confirmation of availability, pay 10% of the agreed yacht price. We arrange complimentary pickup and transportation to the confirmed yacht viewing. Pickup location and viewing arrangements are agreed in advance.
- View the yacht and decide
If you are not satisfied after viewing and decide not to buy, your 10% reservation payment is fully refundable. If you buy, it is credited toward the purchase price. Pay a further 40% after a satisfactory viewing, bringing your total paid to 50%.
- Local delivery and final payment
Pay the remaining 50% after delivery to the agreed local destination and acceptance. The written agreement confirms delivery arrangements, taxes, any delivery costs and the refund processing timetable before payment.

The classic sailing yacht NINA LUISITA, built in 1930 by the renowned Italian shipyard Baglietto, is an elegant and timeless yacht rich in history. This 20.85-metre classic schooner perfectly embodies the refinement of early 20th-century naval architecture, designed by Vittorio Vincenzo Baglietto and inspired by the iconic British designer Charles Nicholson.
Originally commissioned by Count Lorenzo Bruzzo, this luxury sailing yacht was designed to combine performance with ease of handling. Her schooner rig, with two closely stepped masts and powerful sails, ensures excellent seakeeping abilities, making her ideal for both cruising and classic yacht racing. NINA LUISITA notably competed successfully in the classic regatta circuit during the 1980s and 1990s, highlighting her outstanding sailing performance.
Built with noble materials (iroko hull on oak frames, teak deck, pine superstructure), this Baglietto yacht offers rare authenticity. Her interior, entirely crafted from solid wood, reflects the charm and understated luxury of the 1930s.
